Care keeps the website working. Growth keeps the business moving.

- Maintenance and support. Hosting, backups, updates, monitoring and the small edits a live site needs. Nobody is working on the business — the website is simply looked after.
- Growth partnership
- People working on the business every month: improvements, search, conversion, priorities and practical advice. The website is part of it, not the whole point of it.
What Care is not.
It is not unlimited work, and we will not pretend otherwise — an agreement that promises everything is an agreement that quietly rations it instead. Care covers the work described above. Anything larger is quoted as its own project, and we will tell you which it is before doing it, not after.

- What is the difference between Care and Growth?
- Care keeps the website maintained and supported: hosting, backups, updates, monitoring, and small edits. Growth is an active ongoing partnership focused on improving the business, and starts at £650 / month. They are different things, not two sizes of the same one.
- Do I have to take a Care plan?
- No. The website is yours at handover and it will run perfectly well without us. Care exists because most business owners would rather not think about backups, updates and uptime.
- What counts as a small content update?
- Changing copy, swapping an image, adding a team member, updating opening hours — the kind of edit that takes minutes. A new page, a new section or new functionality is a project, and we will quote it as one before doing it.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes, in either direction, at the start of any month. Businesses need different things at different times and a plan you cannot leave is a plan that stops being about the work.
- Is there a minimum term?
- No. It runs monthly and you can stop with a month's notice. If it stops being worth it, it should be easy to stop.
