Who we are
This website is operated by Rorvia, an independent strategy, brand and digital studio based in the United Kingdom (“we”). You can reach us at hello@rorvia.com.
What this site does not do
- No cookies and no tracking identifiers. The only thing stored in your browser is your currency choice, if you change it, and it never leaves your device.
- No analytics scripts, no advertising pixels, no social media embeds.
- No third-party fonts or scripts: everything is served from rorvia.com.
When you contact us
This site has no forms. If you message us on Instagram or by email, we use what you send only to answer you and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (UK GDPR and GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Messages sent on Instagram are also processed by Meta under Instagram's own privacy policy. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and the retention periods required by law. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Hosting
The site is served by a content delivery network. Like every web server, it processes your IP address and request headers for the time needed to deliver the page and to protect against abuse; we do not use this data to identify you.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to your supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office). Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have comparable rights. Write to hello@rorvia.com and we will respond within a month.

This site links to products we build (SafeShrink, Scrinema, Cinetrim, TrulyRedacted, SafeAudio Studio) and to websites we have built, such as mariozaurstudios.com. Each has its own privacy policy, published on its own domain.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
